Kat and Drew took over the reins at Essex Hog Roasts in April 2021. Having known and worked with the previous owners Hillary and Axel for ten years, they love and respect the amazing business that was founded back in 2007.  Kat and Drew are thrilled to be able to continue to develop the company with fresh ideas and their own unique passion.  They'll be offering the same amazing food that Essex Hog Roasts is known for whilst also introducing their own special touches, including a new canapé menu developed with local chef Dan Hull and authentic Spanish Paella Pans.

"Both Drew and I have a passion for food which started at a really young age, we simply love food and our life revolves around it. Sourcing local and only the best quality is everything to us and I can honestly say we are total foodies!  As a master butcher, Drew has a passion for local produce and creating beautiful and innovative new dishes.  I’ve always worked in restaurants and food, where my days are spent planning and organising and I'm looking forward to helping create some amazing menus for our clients.  We have also thrown ourselves into testing and tasting new products so you can rest assured that your party or wedding food will be a truly memorable event when you come to Essex Hog Roasts".
