THE BUTCHER'S DELI
Drew Nutley and Kat Watts are proud to bring you The Butcher's Deli in the riverside town of Burnham-on-Crouch offering fresh, high-quality meat as well as a cheese counter, deli products, our home-made pies and ready-to-cook meals and our very own pates, coleslaws and stuffings.
Sustainable, and where possible local, our meat is butchered on our premises and every item, including our burgers and sausages, is prepared from scratch and by hand.

FROM KAT & DREW
My passion for food started when I was taught butchery at the young age of 15, guided by local traditional butchers who have been in the game for over 50 years. My skills evolved into cooking and creating dishes that are easy for everyone to do at home. Kat and I then took over the reins of Essex Hog Roasts in 2021 at the ripe age of 25 sharing our cooking with everyone – now we are bringing our passion for flavour to our very own shop. No request is too big or too small – whatever you need, you can be sure that we'll make it happen.

Pork is the world's most popular meat and we know why! Our pork is sourced locally where possible.

CHICKEN
We only sell the best free-range chicken ensuring succulent and tasty meat.

Bacon and sausages are a favourite and our sausages are prepared by hand in our premises.

Our lamb is local and from the Essex Salt Marshes. Whether it's a joint or a chop, it can't be beaten!
