Sauteed leeks, mushrooms, cheese and Dijon mustard sauce, flaky pastry.
Mixed mushroom (button, chestnut, shitake) Stroganoff with sour cream, a dash of sherry and parsley.
Vegetable curry with coconut, coriander and chilli.
