Essex Hog Roast Desserts
We aim to please and are happy to accommodate your own tastes in desserts if possible, so do ask if you’ve got a favourite not shown.
The following desserts are all homemade by us and served with fresh cream, creme fraiche or custard (or all three)!
Pavlova - mountainous meringue, whipped double cream, berry fruits and optional flaked toasted almonds.
Eton Mess - whipped double cream, crushed meringue, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.
Gingeretto - a new take on the above - whipped double cream, crushed amaretto biscuits, pineapple, stem ginger.
Fresh Fruit Salad - typically black and white grapes, pineapple, orange, banana, kiwi, papaya, seasonal soft fruits - not just apples!
Fresh Fruit Skewers served with cream fraiche.

Rich Chocolate Brownies, with or without Summer Fruits
Black Forest Trifle - rich chocolate sponge, black cherries, Kirsch, whipped double cream, grated chocolate.

Apple and Raspberry or Blackberry Crumble
Apple Pie
Cheeseboard with English or Continental Cheeses, crackers, grapes and celery. A selection of chutneys can be added.
Round off your meal with cafetieres of Lavazza coffee, tea selection and mints.
